How do I apply?
Simply complete the online application and submit it by February 15th.
What kind of preparation is provided before the trip?
The class-times are set in place to provide all the preparation needed pertaining to the trip you've decided to participate in.
What can I expect from the class-times?
Every class time will be centered around a teaching from one of our leaders at Church Eleven32. There will be 4 weeks of classes meeting on Saturday mornings from 10-11:30am with all missions participants together. We will cover topics such as spiritual growth as well as practicalities that will help prepare you for the trip in which you have chosen to go on. Everyone will then be broken down into their individual teams and will meet for 5 additional weeks on a day the trip leader will decide. It is during these classes where you will start preparing for ministry that is specific to your trip such as, Vacation Bible School prep work, learning how to share your testimony to a non-believer, practicing some of the foreign language and so much more. These classes are also put in place so you are able to start building relationship with the other individuals going on your trip which will aid you as you serve together on the mission field.
What does the cost of the trip include?
The trip cost includes flights, checked baggage, lodging, food, and any activities done as a team. However, personal souvenirs, snacks, etc. will not be covered.
What happens if I can't make it to a class?
We highly encourage you to attend every class time so you will not miss out on any pertinent information. However, if a situation arises of which you cannot make it, please inform Whitney Bates as soon as possible.

Will my personal payments be tax-deductible?
Yes, they will.
If an individual want to donate towards my mission balance will their donation be tax-deductible?
Yes, as long as it is over $100 and made through our online giving page or noted when the donation is turned in.
If I earn money from a fundraiser and turn it in all together will I personally receive the tax-deduction?
The name in which is noted at the time of payment submission will be the one who receives the tax credit. As the recipient of the funds you are responsible for noting the name and address of the giver in order for them to receive proper tax credit.

You DO need a passport to travel internationally. If you do not already have one, please begin applying for that straight away so we will be able to secure your plane ticket in a timely manner. As for visas, unless otherwise stated by leadership, you will not need a visa. If you do, the team will complete the paperwork together.
Will parents receive a copy of all travel information?
For some of the trips, we will have parent meetings where they will receive copies of documents and important information. However, most information is expected to be passed on to the parent from the student who is going on the trip. If parents would like copies of any information or if they have any questions, they are more than welcome to contact the missions staff directly.
What happens if I become ill or get injured on the trip?
Our staff will do the best they can to make sure every single team member is well looked after. However, if a team member becomes very ill (fever, etc) or injured, the staff will immediately connect with the emergency contact of which will be assigned to each trip. They will then determine what action needs to be made to ensure the individual in need is fully taken care of.
