Will parents receive a copy of all travel information?
For some of the trips, we will have parent meetings where they will receive copies of documents and important information. If parents would like copies of any information or if they have any questions, they are more than welcome to contact the missions staff directly.
What happens if I become ill or get injured on the trip?
Our staff will do the best they can to make sure every single team member is well looked after. However, if a team member becomes very ill (fever, etc) or injured, the staff will immediately connect with the emergency contact of which will be assigned to each trip. They will then determine what action needs to be made to ensure the individual in need is fully taken care of. Each group is covered by travel insurance as well and will be able to find medical treatment as needed.

Team leaders will have contact numbers that parents will be able to make use of if needed.

You do not legally need any vaccinations to enter the countries we are traveling to but if you are concerned about this, we recommend consulting your doctor to see what they advise.
