With over two decades of experience in ministry, leadership, and business, Pastor Dustin Bates is the lead pastor of Church Eleven32, the founder of Dream Center Dallas, and hosts the leadership podcast 'Win Every Time'.
He and his wife Jamie reside in the DFW area with their two sons, Jude and Genesis.
Dustin has a passion for the local church, equipping the next generation, and seeing city transformation by meeting both spiritual and practical needs.
