Our School

The Academy at Church Eleven32 launched Kindergarten in the Fall of 2017 and has added one grade every year since then. We will be adding 7th Grade in the Fall of 2024, and will continue to add at least one grade per year. Online applications open up for the 2024-2025 school year on February 1st. Enrollment

Open enrollment is an opportunity for new families to apply to The Academy at Church Eleven32. Open enrollment begins on February 1st for the upcoming school year. Priority admission is offered to current Academy student’s younger siblings as well as members of Church Eleven32.

Our Admissions Process

The Academy at Church Eleven32 is a Christ centered school that values partnership with families. Our admissions process is designed to give you all the information you need to make a decision about enrollment in our school, and to give us all the information we need to determine how we can be of help to your child and your family.

1. Attend an On-Site tour
Our one-on-one tours are a time for parents to experience our facility, see a classroom in action, and have all of their questions answered.

2. Submit Online enrollment application
If you have decided that you’re interested in joining the Academy, the next step is to fill out our online application. There is a $50 fee to submit your application. If you have multiple students, you will need to submit an application for each student.

3. Submit Documents to office@academyeleven32.com – Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and Previous School Records as well as any additional educational or diagnostic testing results

4: Individual Student Assessment & Family Interview
All of our incoming students take the KTEA-3 test which gives us an amazing overview of where each student is at academically, in multiple different areas. We are looking for students who are able to test on grade level, or above grade level. After completing your application, you will be contacted to schedule your student’s testing. There is a $65 fee for testing.

Once your student has completed their testing, we will contact you to schedule a family interview. Family interviews are a great way for us to get to know potential families, go over testing results, and walk you through what daily life looks like at the Academy.

Step 6: Admissions Decision and Online Enrollment Packet

Within 15 days of your family interview, we will contact you with the admissions decision. If notified of acceptance, we will then open up your online enrollment packet for you to fill out. At this time, you will pay the $500 new student enrollment fee.

Tours are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday at either 9:30am or 2:30pm. We request that both parents and children attend the tour so the family can get a comprehensive view of who we are as a school. ACTIVITIES

CHAPEL
Students at The Academy at Church Eleven32 participate in chapel services once a week. Our chapel services include engaging worship, age appropriate lessons from the Bible, character awards, and leadership development. We believe that a child is never too young to learn to lead! We place high emphasis on sharpening public speaking skills and conversational skills that will help shape our students to excel in the world outside of private school.

SPECIALS
The Academy at Church Eleven32 offers specials every day in our lower elementary grades. Students will be challenged in the areas of Music, Art, STEM, Spanish, and Physical Education. It is our goal to provide a well-rounded educational environment for our students to flourish!

LOCAL MISSIONS
Teaching our students biblical principles is one thing, but here at The Academy at Church Eleven32 we desire to equip children to live out their God-given calling in practical ways. Throughout every school year we provide opportunities for our classes to participate in local outreaches such as food drives, Christmas gift drives, and serving the less fortunate in our city and beyond. All of our local missions opportunities are safe and engaging. Students walk away feeling empowered and used by God!

PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION
As a growing Christian School we value Parent/Teacher relationship and recognize the need to partner with parents to achieve the goals that God has set before us. There are many opportunities to volunteer throughout the course of the school year! Sign-Ups for PTA will be held during the first two weeks of the school year.

FAQ's

Students at The Academy at Church Eleven32 receive instruction in various subject areas that constitute a well-balanced curriculum including Bible, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education, music, art, computer literacy, STEM, Spanish, and study skills. We use resources from from Bob Jones University Press, Science of Reading, and Amplify Texas Elementary Literacy. We are firm believers in using multiple different teaching strategies in the classroom, since each student learns differently. Please see our 2023-2024 Curriculum Guide for specific information about the curriculum resources used in each grade.

Curriculum Guide

We offer school tours during the week, which can be scheduled by emailing Office@academyeleven32.com. We always love the chance to meet with prospective families to share our vision and answer any questions you may have. After a tour is completed, interested families will fill out an Enrollment Application. Once the application is received a one-on-one academy assessment will be scheduled for your child, and a family interview will be set up with the Elementary Director. After the academic assessment and family interview are completed you will receive an acceptance letter for The Academy at Church Eleven32 and will be able to fill out the online Enrollment Packet to secure your child

Yes, we believe that uniforms help create a focused learning environment. We have Uniform Basics that can be purchased using the instructions on our Uniform Guidelines document. We do realize that individuality and style preference are still of great importance, so every September we will come out with a Fall Line! The Fall Line will include specifically selected items from major retailers that we will embroider with our school logo. Students will be able to wear items from the Fall Line or Uniform Basics on any school day.

Yes! We LOVE taking field trips! Nothing enhances classroom instruction more than hands-on experience. Both school-side and grade specific field trips are taken throughout the year, in direct relation to what the students are learning. Some of our field trips include Perot Museum of Nature and Science, the Fire Dept, the library, Allen City Hall, KidZania, and the zoo! Field Trips are an additional cost on top of your child’s monthly tuition. The cost for transportation and admission will be charged to your FACTS Tuition Management account.
